使用 BDI（爆破指示警报）装置可以减少停机时间，提高效率并确保设施的安全。当超压或真空条件导致爆破片破裂时，BDI 会立即向控制室发送信号，提醒系统操作人员。
爆破指示警报装置的核心是 BDI导线，当爆破片破裂时，通电导线会随之被切断，断开电路并向控制室发出信号。
另外还有警报监控系统可供选择，用于通知操作人员或激活适当的设备。
B.D.I.警报监控系统是一种可选系统，用于在超压或真空导致某个位置的B.D.I.导线断开时向操作人员发出通知，或激活适当的设备。控制面板、信号器、灯板或其他信号设备可用于爆破片爆破警报。B.D.I. ® 警报系统用途广泛，可适应各种设备。泵、阀门和其他系统也可以通过断开特定的 B.D.I. ® 导线来启动，以对超压或真空情况进行响应。
连接B.D.I.导线与警报监控系统的是B.D.I.引线组件，具有柔韧、耐磨、耐不同天气条件等优点，双针子弹插头可保护连接点的端子免受湿气影响。该系统能够探测到爆破片爆破并立即发出警报，以减少停机时间、提高效率并确保您的设施安全。
