Tite-Seal式组合不可重复使用，适用系统压力一般不超过3,000 psig（207 barg）。外部连接件材质通常为黄铜，与内部爆破片密封，发生超压爆破之后整体更换。
Tite-Seal式夹持器可匹配爆破片型号包括标准型、复合型和型号SRA，以满足具体应用需求。
