BDI-FLX爆破指示警报装置可在爆破片爆破瞬间产生警报信号，与警报监控系统连用的情况下可保护设备、环境和人员生命安全。
BDI-FLX 可用于 ASME 和DIN 法兰连接或卫生型连接，采用带有柔性电位计（一种根据挠度改变电阻的电气元件）的传感器条带，当爆破片爆破时发出信号。
BDI-FLX 的工作原理
BDI-FLX 爆破警报信号系统通过警报监视器保持连续信号，当爆破片爆破时，BDI-FLX警报信号系统打开电路，通知警报监视器。
警报监视器包含可更换模块，模块带有单个通道继电器，每个通道继电器连接一个BDI-FLX传感器系统。当爆破片爆破并且 BDI-FLX发出信号时，会启动一个特定的继电器，向控制面板发送信号。
BDI-FLX爆破警报信号系统适用于气体或液体应用
对于全液体应用，BDI-FLX 系统需要突然移动才能发出信号。如果爆破片仅发生轻微开裂，或者爆破片缓慢反转，比如液体热膨胀的情况，则不会让 BDI-FLX系统产生信号。
请注意，BDI-FLX 系统设计为在几毫秒内产生指示信号，因此爆破片的完全反转和完全打开必须在几毫秒内发生。如果在爆破片破裂时不会发生全液体泄放或不存在气体压头，请联系我们进行评估。
